A six-day Ashtanga Vinyasa immersion with Krista Cahill & Mary Clare Sweet, open to all levels and built for practitioners ready to go deeper.
The Paris Yoga School Week gathers a small group of dedicated practitioners for six full days of traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa, breathwork, Pilates, and more. The mornings are spent on the mat, afternoons in immersion. No prior Ashtanga experience is required, though the week is paced for those with a deep commitment to movement.
Guided Ashtanga Vinyasa practice with hands-on adjustments, held daily throughout the week.
Workshops exploring breath, philosophy, and the deeper architecture of the practice.
Practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 1999, first under Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, then for years under mentor Maty Ezraty, who taught her to approach practice from the subtle body rather than gross anatomy. In 2015, on Maty’s recommendation, she began studying Dona Holleman’s Centered Yoga in Italy. Her classes draw on all three influences and invite students into deep, curious exploration.
Teaching for over 25 years and founder of Lotus House of Yoga in Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska, since 2010. Her approach is built on Ashtanga Vinyasa, with equal attention to anatomy and breath — the discipline that makes a practice sustainable, not just intense. She also works as a life and business coach and runs the M.C. Method, a practice combining astrology, yoga, breathwork, and body-based tools toward lasting change.
