Lotus House of Yoga Teacher Training: 200 and 500 hour programs

Lotus House of Yoga is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance Lotus House of Yoga 200-hour 6 week intensive is a program designed to cover all the topics vital to teaching a vinyasa style class. Each day students get the opportunity to learn, ask questions and get hands on experience, whether it is practice teaching, assisting, or observing. The program is perfect for those who are ready to dive in deep. Material given will be fresh in the mind allowing the student to form a strong foundation and understanding each day. We typically offer these sessions.

The Last 6 week intensive was February 2011 and every student has gone on to become a 200-hour registered yoga teacher with yoga Alliance and is now teaching.

Lotus House of Yoga 200-hour 6 month teacher training. This program is designed for students who are unable to participate during week days. The sessions are held once a month on Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays. The student is able to study, practice, and dive deeper into the material between meet-ups.

Lotus House of Yoga 500-hour teacher training program requires a one time enrollment fee and then you have the ability to decide what workshops you want to take and how long it takes you to complete the program. There are some required materials and workshops for all those enrolled.
